Introducing New Site Sponsor: Znode

A few weeks ago I decided to take down all AdSense ads. Not only do they provide little value to the visitors of this site, they create tasteless visual clutter in general. I prefer to work with vendors who bring valuable products and services to the table. That said, I’d like to introduce a new sponsor of AspNetResources.com.

About Znode

Znode is the developer of the popular Znode Storefront shopping cart SDK for Microsoft .NET developers. Znode Inc was formed in 1998 and is based in Dublin, Ohio, USA. Znode’s management has a collective experience of over 50 years in enterprise class software development with a core specialization in e-commerce. Znode currently employs 7 full-time developers and a dedicated project management team.

Znode Storefront, the flagship e-commerce software from Znode provides a core, feature-rich e-commerce platform SDK that allows .NET developers to create highly customized e-commerce websites for their clients with all the functionality they need to successfully sell online. Znode Storefront also offers a solution bundle of design and implementation services that provides you a custom-designed, turn-key online store with rapid implementation timeframes.

Znode recently launched a new open source initiative which will help e-commerce developers add payment and shipping functionality to their .NET applications easily. This project is called “Znode E-commerce Integrator” and is a general purpose library that supports different e-commerce functions such as Payment Gateway support, shipping integration with UPS and accounting system integration. We expect this library to add significant functionality in the near future. This is the only open source component currently available to provide such a wide range of premium e-commerce functionality.

i mean 50 years ago, were there punch cards?
