Search Is Down

Some two months ago I decided to power the search on this site by the MSN web service. It was all nice and rosy until two weeks ago when their web service simply quit on me. I’ve been receiving a ton of exceptions from their codegen’ed proxy and I can’t figure out what’s going on. Does anyone know what’s happening?

Seems it’s time to check out what web services Google and Yahoo! offer.

I think you should switch your service to Google or Yahoo but Google no doubt has way more traffic then both Yahoo and MSN combined. Google just did a Page Rank update a few days ago but I do not see how that would affect your MSN results.

I use Google's web service on my web site. Overall it works pretty well but there is the occasional exception caused by Google.
