A Better, Stronger Home Page

Ever since I launched this site its home page has been boring. It simply showed the latest articles and nothing else. This waste of space bothered me, so this past week-end I redesigned it to "aggregate" a number of things:

  • Two most recent articles.
  • Two most recent blog posts.
  • A featured gig. This is some undertaking of mine others might find useful/helpful/interesting.
  • A weather gadget showing current weather conditions here, on Long Island (it was fun coding it).
  • A pointer to online tools and services.

In the coming weeks I have another funky gadget to add to the home page to make it ever more fun. I'm still working on it. Stay tuned. ;)
