While we're at it... Some day I will buy a bunch of posters from Despair, Inc. At my previous job we had some silly inspirational ones about vision, leadership, instincts. But then we got acquired by infamous Forgent and the motivational posters looked like a joke because those people had no vision, no motivation, no leadership and no teamwork. I think you can never go wrong with the ones from Despair—they are plain hilarious.

My favorite demotivator is Meetings. Which one is yours?
